Fire Your Customers

It is time to clear up the ranks and fire some customers. This right can ‘em, send the package and tell them their business is no longer welcome here. Sound crazy? It’s crazy when you do not!

Why a customer is a fire? Easy. It does not cost you too much time and money to keep them. This is obviously not an exercise in which you will send notices to major customers. This is an exercise to get rid of dead wood.

If your scan list, there is a certain type of customers who deserve the ax. Here Profile: You can always quibble about the price and once they are deprived of your profit margin charged slowly, very slowly. This customer is never satisfied with your service, no matter what you do. You can not be satisfied. Who should soon-to-be-ex-client never makes reference to new business and you try, how can you not be likely to create an employment relationship. They have no loyalty to you and jumps when you get a better offer from someone else. They call and complain often threatened to take their business elsewhere. Let them go.

In today’s market, where customer service quality that distinguishes winners from losers, shedding discussions customers are not always popular. Running your business is not a popularity contest, it’s about what is best for the future. Fire some of your customers. Your company will be better, too.
